Wanda Smith is a lifetime resident of Tallahassee, Florida. Before beginning her career in Real Estate Wanda worked in the banking industry for over 15 years and spent the last 7 in the building industry. While working in the building industry and procuring sales Wanda realized her passion for real estate and became a Realtor. With her knowledge and work experience she is able to help her clients thru the lending process and the purchase or building of a home.
